* You can freely change the date of your departure. So long as your new date is still within the valid timeframe of your ticket, we can change the departure date for you on the spot (subject to flight and booking class availability).

* Almost all airlines, which we are working with, allow you to make a stopover within the period of validity of your ticket (usually you don’t have to pay additional money for it). E.g., if you are coming home by British Airways, you can make a stopover in London for a few days and spend all of your money there.

* Also you can almost always buy an “open-jaw” ticket (you can arrive to one city and depart from another one).

* Let’s suppose that you have a ticket with the departure from New-York, but your new friends from Paris persuaded you to drop in on them on the way home. Do not forget that your ticket has a credit value. It means that even abroad the ticket keeps its value paid in dollars on the day of its purchase. In the office of our partners (e.g., in New-York) a new ticket will be issued to you for any other destination and this credit value (which you have paid for your ticket in Russia) will be deducted from the cost of your new ticket.

* Is your ticket lost or stolen? We can reissue a replacement copy. You just need to apply at the nearest Student Travel office (will be opened in new window), and an STA agent will arrange everything necessary for the reissue of this ticket.
