1. Can I return my ticket after booking?

It depends on the type of your ticket. Some tickets are fully nonrefundable, non-reroutable and non-changeable. Some other tickets could have a combination of these features, for example, some tickets could be nonrefundable and non reroutable but changeable (certain conditions might apply). Time of flight could be changed not more than once with a penalty for some tickets, while others might permit you to change your time of flight more than once, but having to pay penalties every time you do so. Also, the time of flight for some tickets can be changed once without any penalties.

Non-restricted tickets can be refunded without penalties and you can change routs at anytime with these tickets. We advice that you buy excursion tickets which give the privilege of changing dates without penalties.

2. What are my payment options?

You can come to our office and pay in cash or with a credit card, although we wish to bring to your notice that some airlines do not allow payments with credit cards directly.

You can transfer money from your bank to our bank account.

You can put money in our director credit card account through any Alfa bank ATM or VTB 24 bank ATM.

You also can send money to our director through any money transfer company like Western Union, Uniastrum or any other bank.

3. How can I receive my refund(s)?

You can receive your refund(s) in cash or through a bank transfer in 24hours.

4. How can I change travel date?

You will need to give us back your ticket and then provide new date with your telephone number. We will confirm the new travel date with you after rescheduling. If you agree to it you then pay the penalty, if required to get the new ticket.

5. How can I do online ticket booking?

Please follow the link: http://alamin.ru/en/airline-tickets/online-tickets/. Please make sure that you book at least 72 hours before your trip. Your ticket will be booked after we have confirmation of payment and the information needed for your trip.

6. How can I do youth ticket booking?

All you need to do is just follow the normal procedure for online ticket booking, then call us for your youth or student discount.
You can also use the form in the Special Ticket Request page.
Please note that some airlines do not give discount to students or youths.
